I made a new account and forgot pass

but when i requested a email nothing came

this was 4 days ago and since then ive asked Habbo to send another email telling me what to do. that hasnt come either

what should i do

I can suggest using a yahoo or gmail account as live/hotmail are prone to not pick up habbo.

k but its a bit late now coz i cant get onto the account to change my email

I had the same issue and had to go through the habbo help tool, you would need to register a gmail account because even the support responses wont come through to your hotmail account.

Ludus sorted my account out within a matter of days they will need to confirm your account ownership then they will change your account email for you.

First of all check that the email isn't being filtered by your junk mail filter.

If you still have issues receiving mail then I suggest you

1. Register a googlemail account if you haven't already.
2. Contact Habbo using the Habbo Help Tool.
3. Explain the issue, it will ask you for the account name and email address associated with the account. Then it will ask you for an email address you can be contacted at use your Googlemail account.

Wait for a response it shouldnt take too long.
