    i put the dvd in and then try to drag them, but it says there is a problem and windows can not do it :S

    You need a burner program such as Nero.

    Google it for a free one.

    Picasa is quite good for burning photos to disks, load them all into Picasa and then select them all to be burnt to disk(s).
