This may seem like a silly question, but I was wondering what program people use to create moving avatars and sigs.

Theres a number of different ways you can do that;

www.iaza.com has one but it's limited time wise.

Photoshop/Image Ready - can be used

EasyGIF animator is a free trial download and is pretty good.

I'm not very good at animation myself but they are things I have tried.
