Yep November 2007 I THINK around the 17thish. I remember because 3 days late HotelUser was permed, and I had to get unbanned myself

i tought it was january, with the start of the new site? cause i was still banned in dec lol and didnt know i was unbanned till like march

Well V18 was released in UK on 13-11-07 according to Habborator, so sometime around then.
Maybe they'll be another when they do this 'big update'Do do do
