Well I'm back from camping which was really fun and I've made a decision. Since my account was stolen, I've decided to be a mage =]. I'm going to craft all my runes and I'm becoming a PURE mage. But I got a couple of questions:
-Does magic raise hitpoints? (God, please say yes)
-Can anyone donate some runes/rune essence?
-Best place to train for mage (f2p)

No actually, it does the same as melee does. 1 Damage is 1 XP, 2 damage is 2 XP and so on, so that proves you dont know everything about runescape, not saying you said that.
