Is this for Strength?

If you're members, the best way would be with Slayer - there's a lot of variety and you can make a lot of cash.

You could also try the Stronghold of Security for a variety of monsters, unless you're only looking for some quick exp, then I guess Yaks at Neitznot would be best, although you need to complete The Fremmink Isles quest for them.

Need to do Creature of Frankenstein. Not a long quest but they are level 25s with 100 hp. They give 400 xp per kill

Or even soul wars?

May seem an unlikely place but barrows can be good to train. Train on the rats in the underground chamber, take around 100 bones to peaches tablets and some food/pray pots in order to get there. Pick up charms and bones, when low on health use tablet and eat peaches.

Yeah, they're right. Train on strength with slayer or best bet which I did for most of my way to 99 strength was in the Barbarian Assault Mini-Game. The one with the creatures and security questions. Train on the high level monsters or the moderate ones. Good Exp and quick.
