    Default Ankle Ligaments Injury

Yeh, i've got an anke ligament injury, I think it's just a few fibres as it doesn't hurt when i walk just when i run.

Anyone know how long it should take to heal and any advice on how to treat it?

I already wear a bandage round it but it still hurts when I run but less with it than without it.

My dad is taking me to take a physio though.

You shouldn't be running with an ankle injury, if you don't heal it completely, then your ankle can buckle and give you problems later in life. It should heal in 2-8 weeks depending on how bad it is, It doesn't sound like a serious sprain, otherwise the doctor would have put an ankle brace on you.
    Get well soon =D
