I think he's asking what the link to the page where you click drop down and go to edit templates in the Styles & Templates section of the Admin CP on a vBulletin forum.

http://www.yoursite.com/forum/admincp/ then login, click Styles and Templates on the menu, click style manager, click the drop down menu on the style you wish to edit, click edit templates.

The other day I was in a toilet.
A voice came from the cubicle next to me: "Hello mate, how are you doing?"
I didn't want to be rude, so I said, "Not too bad, thanks."
I heard the voice again. "So, what are you up to?"
Again I answered, "Just having a quick ****... How about yourself?"
