They were originally given out as compensation when a few Habbos complained on the phone about something. A couple of weeks later they were released on PayDayPlus. Last one I saw traded was for 40hc, but due to the fact that there will be more and more of them released on PayDayPlus, the price of these will probably fall alot soon.There are probably over 50 at least in the hotel, and gaining.
