This is my safe it has my money etc in i have been using it since xmas 06 and have lost the keys its randomly reset or something because it just won't open any help whats wrong its an

to tell the truth i think you're screwed. hotels use safes like this i think, so it'd be pretty pointless having a safe that could be googled to open.

Could try a locksmith if you have something valuable in it. Otherwise I would just give up.

I have the same safe. Only thing I can suggest is holing A and B at the same time till the lights flash, unless batteries are dead.
