Can anyone guide me to the best deal, for 3/4 GB RAM?
I'm on 2GB atm. I haven't a clue to do with most of the internal things.

    Preferably on eBuyer/ Amazon please.

    Thanks in advance!

Why would you need more RAM? 2GB is more than enough for your system/needs.

160gb hd? Intel dual core, speed 2.00ghz? 2GB ram? that's a fine setup.

    250GB HDD*

I do a lot of multi-tasking, and I would also to do more things without reaching 100%.

Also for playing games, I assume it will improve performance.

Kind of yes, but if you want to improve your gaming get a good graphics card... ram won't drastically improve your performance, tbh, you wouldn't even tell the difference from 2gb to 4gb.
