Dont really think you can improve it, maybe a drop down menu when you hover over? I like the hover over iamges in th emenus, maybe a little bit of a colour cahnge, i dont really like that orange, but thats probably like your theme colour, not that bad i guess but the overall layout is great! +rep

Depends on your prefereces, myself, I wouldnt like it so crowded, because I like my layouts simple and basic.

However, its nicely designed and bold.
