Default How to get rid of spots? +rep

Well I've finished puberty so it's got nothing to do with that and I wash twice a day so I don't have a clue how I got them. I've got around 5-10 red spots on my face that won't go. I've been washing day and night with loooads of soap then put freederm cream on them but they still won't go. What are the best ways to get rid of them, regardess of the cost? Thanks.

Have they come to a head or are they like boils under the skin? Because you can probably get medication for them if they're pretty bad.

No don't, if they come to a head then just leave them and they'll go away by themselves. It's the ones which are under the skin which you've gotta sorta think about, cuz they look the worst.

Ok, so what can I do to make them go away faster?

Wash your face daily, even try putting them under a steamer because then your pores will open up.

Would boiling the kettle then removing the lid be a good source of steam?

Uh... Yeah, actually that would have the same sort of effect. I think. You have to keep it under for quite a while and you'll feel your pores open. Then clean your face and you'll get alot of the dirt in your pores out easier. The ones with boils will simply go away or come to a head eventually, and the ones with heads should just disintegrate
