5 letters long, i started saying it, now people use it and i want to copywright, so i can sue there bottom and then say my word to them, knowing they legally can't say it back without attribution to me![]()

Yes you can, but you can't just copyright it because of that.
If you use it as a slogan for products then you can.
Thats more a phrase not a word, like you can't put as the slogan "Amazing" then copyright it lol.
It can still be copyrighted, UK copyright office isn't has lenient(sp?) as the USA one.
You can't make a product and put as the slogan "Amazing" then copyright it, then sue anyone who says "Amazing"....
i think you can trademark a word/phrase but not copyright it, that's just for works, like essays, photos, videos etc.
