hmm for f2p looks good, id say 95-99 str, then get mems and get 60 atk or 70

I know it's only non members but higher mage would help if you ever decided to be a member on that account. Of course if you were going to be a member I'd suggest 60 attack aswell

It's easy to get combat... if you got the others like woodcutting, fishing etc... then yeah it would be at least over 5/10..

I don't use Runescape any more but I am sure a 'pure' account is an account that focuses on one skill or a collection of related skills i.e. combat? If he started woodcutting and fishing etc then it would not be a pure. Correct me if I am wrong!
