I found this great program called Sharepod, it allows you to transfer the music from your iPod to your PC! I don't know if it's been posted, but I'll post it again.

You can also put the program on your iPod/iPhone (make sure to tick in iTunes; allow iPod to be used as a device) and you do not need iTunes anymore

Sadly, firmware from iPod Touch and iPhone 3G doesn't work with it - just read it in an article about Sharepod...
