k well i got bored and i have a computer with 3 os's

ubuntu server
ubuntu computer version
windows xp


but when using ubuntu pc version doesn't connect to the net.

Well it conencts to my network and gets an IP, i can ping sites, tracerout, whois, lookup, etc but on firefox it won't load any pages and just get the

"Unable to connect
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at ........"

and isn't for connecting..

its not connecting through any proxies or anything just using default settings for everything.

It connects to the network and everything just can't get view webpages :S

Have you tried downloading anything via the console?

Yes and it was connection refused.

Sorted the problem now anyways.
