    Default i can't stay awake.

hello! i had swine flu a couple of weeks ago, and it seriously messed up my sleeping as i was having fevers + whatnot.
but yeah, it's all gone now and i can't stay awake.
i'm sleeping 19 out of 24 hours and i'll wake up, go online for like ten minutes + be tired again.

d'ya reckon i should go to the doctors?

in opposite terms: i can't sleep at night. the 6 hours i'll be awake are like 11-6am.

i've tried staying up to sort my pattern out, but i faint about 2pm.

ahhh i dunno what to do it's getting me down, i don't wanna lose my summer sleeping.

Maybe your body is just catching up on the sleep it's missed while you has Swine Flu. Try drinking coffee and then if it continues go to the doctors and see that they say

You need to try get your sleeping pattern sorted out. Drink a coffee to try keep you awake during the times you feel sleepy and then have an early night tonight.

Do something to occupy your mind. Go out for a while, stay out till you need to get back and then sleep at round 10 and get yourself up at 9am and keep doing that.

Keep hydrated, if you're fainting a lot then your body is lacking minerals and salts, so if you drink lots of water you should start to feel better, also for tips on trying to stay away just have quiet a bit of caffeine, few energy drinks Kick/Boost/Red Bull should do the trick.
That's why we seize the moment, try to freeze it and own it, squeeze it and hold it cause we consider these minutes golden.
