    Default Laptop on plane.

Can I take this laptop http://uk.computers.toshiba-europe.c...UCT_ID=1058198 on a plane?

I am going on a plane to Portugal and was wondering cause the other laptop I used was ok but I bought this yesterday and was curious. All I will do is play some pirated movies

Yes it will be fine if the wireless is off, and make sure its on and running when you take it through customs.

Why does it gotta be on? When I take my other I took it out of the case and just layed it on the black shelf box thing and it went through and put it back in.

So they can make sure it's an actual working laptop and not disguised as something else.

Like Robbie as said. They will scan it, check the insides and may even ask you or they do themselves to turn it on. It's so they can see that it isn't some sort of "Bomb". I remember when I went to Kennedy space centre, we had to turn our cameras on and take a photo to prove its an actual working camera.

When I went to portugal in easter, I just took my netbook in my hand luggage bag and they didn't say a thing, so you should be fine.
This is our situation and we're happy to be here,
I wouldn't change this place for anything.

OH EM GEE YOU HAVE SAME LAPTOP AS ME!!1121

anyways, when i flew to england in april all they wanted me to do was open it, show them the laptop etc and then they let me off.

While my brother was being made to drink my nephews juice (metal container bottle thing) to prove it werent liquid bomb. It went like this:

Guard: Can you just take a drink for me please?
Bro: Why, I know whats in it
    Guard: But I dont mate
Bro: Its tropical diluted fruit juice. Anything else?
Guard: Just take a drink or it gets binned.

    was epicly funny.
