How exactly do you get them? Can you still get them or not?

They are from payday+
they were first given out last month but then apparently they've been given out again this month. (My freind subscribed on the first day so I ask him what it is every month ).

Well they are still being given out as people who are part of the payday+ scheme reach a certain month, like habbo club, and they will be given out 'for ever' until payday+ is stopped or they change the items.

plus there will be less at first since people normally only do PayDayPlus for a few months then end there subscription or only order 3 months at a time (but it goes back to the start when you end/restart it)
