Dungeoneering

Anyone know any fastish ways to get dungeoneering up thats quicker then doing it by yourself on 6 complexity?

I find it really slow and sometimes take me upto 30 minutes to do one dungeon and then i get like 700xp from it?...

anyone know any way to do it faster?

im level 36 dungeoneering and if anyone wants to do some with me im more then happy!

Rush it, reset, rush it, reset until your like lvl 50+ then rush to last few rooms and do 5 man groups
