Default Can a school shut if its too hot?

    Today was unbearable seriously
    I couldn't even stand It .
My dad was telling me that there was a heat wave when he was my age and he was aloud to go home because it was too hot.
So if it gets too hot, by law are we aloud to stay at home from school/college etc?

Well it's unlikely now with air conditioning and that now etc but yeah, it's possible and like how if it's too cold you can go home

I believe if a classroom temperature exceeds a certain level then you can be sent home. (over 90 I think, not sure what that is celcius)

However air cons pretty common now so unfortunately its less likely to happen.
    something.

Yes and no. Some schools will just teach the little blighters outside on the playground in a shaded area. Windows and fans are the usual equipment to stop people from getting too hot now, and are usually what all students need to have. If your school/classroom doesn't have a fan, you could always ask if they want to borrow one of yours - though no-one donates to schools
