Code My Layout Please.

Hello,
If there is anybody who could code my layout for free i would be very gratefull. I need in in valid XHTML & CSS. I need to be able to write in the area where the hearts are and in the search area, i will add a API search after i recive the layout back

I would pay you by putting a ad or two on the site for you and i would also put a link to anysite you wish in the footer
