    Default My Left Thigh?

When I bend over or sit down, my upper left thigh feels as though it tears open, and then it burns for about 15 Seconds. There is no red mark or anything on the surface so I dont know what it is. Really hurts though. Any ideas?

Burning... That usually symbolises cramp? How much sport do you play?

Cramp doesn't burn cramp tightens i think you have pulled your upper thy if that's what it does. Put deep heat rub on it and rest it, ie don't do any sport and after it's better stretch it out really well before any exercise and only trian lightly until a few weeks after it feels better otherwise it will tear properly this time.

I wouldn't say it teared now because you wouldn't be able to walk simple as

Maybe It's just a build up of lactic acid, seeing as you play alot of sport.

You should always do a light cool down followed by stretching after a vigorous exercise, this helps rid lactic acid and draws the blood away from the working muscle groups.

Quadriceps would be a great example of this, seeing as this Is where lactic acid mainly builds up.

I don't think it's serious enough to see someone specialised, stretch and make sure your eating those proteins

Yeah i thought that but if it's constant when he sit and **** then i think that rules out acid build up. I would say it may even be deep tissue damage
