Mobile deal with xbox 360 (60gb)

I was wondering if some of you have the time (and skills :p) to find a mobile deal with a xbox 360 (gb).
I would like the maximum price to be £30 a month and maximum of 18 month contract.
I would usually like a lot of call time if possible (300 mins) so I could like use it as a phone to ring mobiles instead of shooting my phone bill up..
