They were given out as gifts to nearly everyone on the United States hotel as far as i'm aware, therefore they are most likely worth 0.5 CS to 2.0 CS.

well on UK blueberry ice cream machine was suspected to be a high loyalty gift but never happened so the chances of it been a summer gift isnt out of the question.

unless theyve changed the name of "birthday fan" i dont think it will. summery colours are basically rainbow colours so any super rare can be percieved as a summer gift.
