    Default Knee - whats happened?

Football training last night, I was keeper as usual, but first it was just a bit of a saw then it got worse and I was on the floor, I like tried to flex out my knee out because it was stiff and saw, but then it did a massive crack. I then went home and overnight it got worse, I can't walk on it and basically what happens is, that my knee sort of inside cracks if you get me? It's not a stingy pain but more like a very uncomfy ache. I'm going to hospital tomorrow to get it checked out, but do you know what's the porblem?

could've fractured it. doesn't sound like a dislocation, might just be a twist.

Oh lord, that's what I have lol.
But I've never known what it is or how it happened.
But I first got it last year in late January... I have a bump/lump at the top of my shin just under my knee cap, did you have that?
Did you get it checked out or have any treatment?

Yeah, just to the side of the bottom of my kneecap was a little lump.
Oddly, the pain went away just before i had an appointment at the hospital. Though its crunched when i bend it ever since :S

there is a ligiment that goes under your knee cap like X shape and it may have pulled becuase my friend snapped it and it sounded a worse version of what you just discribed. If it does it again i would go and get it checkedout because it's likley that yours is weak
