laptop help

Several days ago my laptop had a blue screen error and did a physical memory dump. It wont turn on now. Just makes a sound. The first two or three times I tried turning it on I heard a beeping sound, I wasnt sure if it was my laptop. i turned it off and left it and my mum took the battery out. I tried pressing F8 nothing happens it worked once and msn and everything loaded but then froze and i couldnt do anything so i turned it off then on again but nothing. I think it may be the screen im not sure.

i written what it said on the blue screen error on some paper so if you want to know i will write it out. please help I dont know much about computers and stuff i have been on yahoo answers but none of the problems are like mine and hffmforumers don't know
