Anyone help? +REP CD/DVD-drive problem

On my dad's PC, I go into My Computer and double click the DVD-ROM but it doesn't load the CD/DVD - it opens up to contents instead. I was trying to get the autorun to work and then it's ended up like this.

As far as I'm aware, everything in regedit is as it should be.

If you can help it'd be awesome, this is just silly lol.

I have Googled btw and followed several 'tutorials' but nothing is working - it's annoying to say the least.
