    Default Tv link/Online TV

Ive been looking through the argos book and saw some TV AV senders etc, now what im wondering is this:

I have the TV downstairs with freeview plugged in, the TV us usually off or not on the freeview AV.

My TV is upstairs in my own room, reason I cant bring freeview up here is because theres no signal up here and no socket for the arial.

Would I be able to plug the AV sender in downstairs into the TV and then the other one upstairs into my TV and be able to use the freeview remote upstairs to control it? or would the TV downstairs always have to be on to do anything.

Also, does anyone know any decent free/paid online TV programs, as I have my TV plugged into the laptop anyway so I can just shove it accross to view

    Thanks

I'm a bit confused at what you're trying to do, link me to do the product on Argos and I might understand you.

For online TV I recommend: http://www.tvcatchup.com/

Just sign up and it streams the majority of Freeview channels, it's quite good. There's an advert before you watch the TV and sometimes it buffers which can be annoying but it's usually okay for watching the odd programme.

Yh I have AV senders linked to my sky.
They work v good however if you use wi-fi then the interference is terrible. Its unwatchable however I have found some dead spots in my room where it works fine

    Glad its worked tho.

u can get AV senders which dont interfere with wi-fi however there around 60-70 quid

Did you try changing the channel on your router?
