    Default Belly flab

This is quite possibly the most annoying thing ever ha.

I've got a bit, and have done since primary school. I'm going into year 11 after the Summer holiday so I'm trying to lose as much of it as I can.

For a couple of weeks I've been doing as many crunches, swats, push-ups and weightlifting as possible to see if it helps. I know crunches alone only strengthen the abs.

Would it really be worth going for a jog every night? I smoke quite a bit so try to avoid at all lengths unless I'm doing p.e at school
And I can't afford to go to the gym atm neither.

Hate to state the obvious, but giving up smoking would give you money to join a gym? Kill two birds with one stone?

I only spend a couple of quid a week on tobacco, it wouldn't really make that much of a difference money-wise

Going running will do more than any ab workouts. Doing situps and crunches don't burn fat whereas going for a run does. Other cardio workouts are equally effective if running isn't your thing try swimming or cycling.

It's £15.00 monthly up here lol.

I should of mentioned that I always walk to the town, which is about 3 miles I think? I thought that'd help me lose wight until I learned you need to walk 7 hours to lose 1 pound That just knocked my confidence haha.

If you mean by diet having Diet Cokes then it's not a diet. A diet follows a very strict regime for eating and if followed correctly, it should work almost everytime. Exercise is also needed.
