    Well my other laptop got a blue screen, i lent it to my parents as i dont need to use it and i was wondering is the only way to fix this re-installing xp?

    My e-system laptop got a blue screen on xp.
    All i did was press ALT & F10 at the startup and that reformatted my pc.

    worked after that.

    You should reformat and reinstall every 6 months anyway to speed everything up.
