    Is there a way exept sending xbox of to microsoft, ive seen loads of ways on ebay but i dont know if they are easy enough?

    Put it this way. If you want to fix it without sending it to Microsoft, your warranty on your Xbox will be void and won't work anymore because you've taken it apart youself.

    You'll only be without an Xbox for 2 weeks, maybe less sometimes. Bite the bullet and send it away.

    i cant because its pre owned and when i rang they said it needs to be in your name, apparently its in someone elses name so i cant

    Theres the X-Clamp fix, which basically replaces the X shape clamps on the radiator, which i assume fixes something because it works 99% of the time if you dont wanna risk doing it my cousin can do it for £20 + p&P , i guess that if you wanted to fix it yourself you would need a torx screwdriver set, no idea what else though

    I tried this and it didn't work, I think it has varying results. I got RRoD the other day, I'm sending it off Mine's a 2005 model so it's done well to last this long

    i currently still have my release date console it full working condition (i say full i really mean i flashed it wrong and it freezes at dashboard)
