Transfering gold methods?

Can someone give me a few easy ways to transfer around 100k-200k gold?
I am P2P, and Im looking for methods that are quick, and easy.

The only method I know, is the junk 4 cash method.

im pretty sure you can do something involving buying something on ge at like 100k and trade it to the person for like 200k
