    Default Knees

I know this sounds really stupid but I reckon my knees look really weird. They look big and really nobbly. When I get down on my knees I have to use something to push up on to get back up as they hurt loads. I have some pics, do they look normal to you?

Thanks in advance. +rep for advice

they look 100% normal to me mate. just worried about nothing. however, the painful bit isn't really all that normal, there is strain on your knees when you get up but you shouldn't be in too much pain. i'd see a doctor about that. don't feel stupid about seeing a doctor, they're used to it

The pain might just be growing pains that pass over time. I get them from time to time and only really bothers me when i'm on my knees like you said

Your knees look fine, I often experience the pain you describe, and my mom [who is a doctor btw] said when i asked, that it was inflamed cartilage or something? anyways im quite sure its normal enough, but if it gets any worse, id go see a doctor just to be sure
Keep your mind open, now my love, or else my heart just might close

Is that a serious problem if it was what's wrong?

lol no I mean doing simple things such as getting down to a cupboard I would then need the side board to get myself up again.

Reading about what katie said on the internet says this can be caused by lots of bouncing and I'm always on the trampoline - sometimes 2-3 hours each day.
