Theatre Chairs.

in my opinion Theatre chairs should be valued higher than they currently are.

i myself have bought atleast 50 at 5hc per and some for 5.5 and even 6.

i dont have a screen shot for the 5hc per ones but i do have one for one of the ones i bought for 6hc.



i have also seen many trades of theatres selling for 5hc+ in trade city and shops.

i think the value should be increased to 5hc if not more.

Also, another optional something that you could throw into future reports is colour

Eg,
Rare selling above it's habbox value (please use dark green as light is hard to read on alot of backgrounds)
Rare selling for it's habbox value
Rare selling below it's habbox value
