How long will my eyebrow actually take to heal (piercing)?

Well what the title says, atm the swelling has more or less gone down the bruise is looking a bit yellow and blue but its going down like not huge, the actuall pierced bit isnt like infected or anything just around it is a litttlee bit red not much, but school is complaining that i take it out but i want to wait till it's healed ive had it a week but i want to be able to put a plastic retainer in so can anyone tell me how long i should really take to put this one out and that one in? they say 6-12 weeks but i think i might get in serious trouble in school if i just keep putting a plaster over im not sure how long did u all wait? and if i cant wait is there anything i can do to stop infection when taking this one out...

put a plaster over it / grow your frindge to cover it

And yeah i would leave it in the full 12 weeks if not longer

if they say 6-12 weeks then that's how long you should wait. no point trying to avoid it because it could go wrong.
