I beilive these are falling in value dramaticly but seem to be staying at habbox value 1.0, i have see them sell for:
8 creds ~ twice
10 creds ~ 3 times
10.5 (mine)
12 creds ~ once

Thanks for letting us know, and providing the screenie. I personally do still see them selling for 1hc pure quite often, but I do agree that you can easily buy them for less too.
