Personally I Think www.1asphost.com You Get Cool Things On There.

My best bets were Geocities.com and MoonFruit.com
but both of them you have to save your images as Jpeg or Gif, but i always save them as png, then change the file tipe.
These are Better Than Weiner Dogs.

There's also www.freewebs.com, its the one I use and its pretty cool. Only downside is it limits you to 50 files if you use the free version
