the 1 time i let my mum use me pc and i come back to this lol.
all the 3 check boxes are constantly disabled, and it makes this every time i try to log on. reinstalled and everything.

I had this issue and it went on for weeks, I decided to use an "older" version for a month or two and then redownloaded it once it had been updated and it seemed to work again.

Uninstall your current version along with all other Windows Live Programs and Google the version you want, should be easy enough to find a download link.
