Help with Scriptaculous

Right I'm trying to make my site like a slider when you click a link (like xtorrent.com) and I have no idea about anything to do with javascript.

Any help would be appreciated on how to make the pages slide xtorrent thanks.

I've found a few different guides and stuff, but they all use jQuery. (http://www.ndoherty.biz/demos/coda-slider/1.1.1/ & http://jqueryfordesigners.com/coda-slider-effect/)
Do a bit of googling for a coda slider, there must be a scriptaculous one somewhere.
