I've been given an assignment in college and there is one quesion that I'm need abit of help with. The question is:

Explain in your own words why computers use of a binary coding system in preference to a decimal system for the internal representation of data and instructions.

i think its cause computer hardware is only capable of understanding binary..... a decimal system would be too complex for the computer to understand
