Default Should I make a compo claim?

On Friday, when on the bus to College, a public bus crashed into our bus - just after I turned around to the back. I jolted my neck quite badly and the college took me to minor injuries.

I was given medication and stuff to ease pain etc. I couldn't go to work that day, lost about £40 of wage.

I'm not sure if I should do one of those "no win, no fee" things... £40 might not be alot to those companies and stuff. Any tips?
    eek.

don't push for the £40 wage, you can get much more than that.. mate got £2k compo on top of the £4k the insurance company paid out for his car.. find a good solicitor though.

i'm the star in the reasonably priced car!
