Why would wear one?

I think it would be good going to a football/rugby game or something but you probably wont be allowed in.

I've seen this advertised on my facebook SO many times and I went on it. It cracked me up but I would never buy one. You would probably wear once and then never again and it would only be funny if lots of people wore them.
