    Default Alteration Groups

I know HabboX has an Alteration Group, but i was just wondering, maybe HabboX can make 3 Groups for Alteration Artists to help people improve there alterations, and get given constructive Criticism from people of their own ability. e.g:
    Newbie Alteration Artist
    ,
    Normal Alteration Artists and
    Elite Alteration Artists.
People can join/move up these groups depending on their attitude and posting alterations in the alterations forums.

Comments? I think I tried to make it sense, it's 8:30pm here in Australia and i'm sort of tired, so yeah...

I think something like this is a good idea. Recently we have been discussing ways in which we can make members feel more included and give users more purpose on the Forum. I think this would do just that for members of the Graphics forums and more importantly, it will give the groups meaning again.

+REP for the idea. However, I don't thin we need separate groups for the same sort of thing. People who are learning might feel like they're not good enough for the higher group, it will just cause exclusivity issues. At least at the moment all people interested in pixel art groups can be together creating a sense of community. That sense of community could be eradicated if they become exclusive.

I'm a big believer in allowing more groups to give people somewhere they can "belong" more than just as a general forum member. As Jake said there could be an issue with a ranking system (and who would decide on the promotions?) but having more specialised groups would enable us to truly advertise that we have a place for everyone, as everyone likes to feel included in something

I like the idea but maybe just have the existing group for any old bob, bill or ted but then have an elite alterations group aswell, of which people who have their alteration in the gallery on the site will achieve, of which are chosen by the graphics designers

I think thats actually quite a good idea But I think the titles could be something else like Beginner, Amateur, Expert and/or Elite etc. or something like that. You could select a user (or group of users) who would evaluate the level and amount of alterations a user has made and decide whether or not they're good enough for a promotion, they could do it either through simply seeing skill in a user or a user could PM them requesting a promotion with a list of their alts like a portfolio etc.

In a somewhat related sense to pixel artist groups I also think that the Group Alterations forum should be opened to non-pixel art group members. It seldom gets posted in (maybe once, twice a month).

I like this idea, seems the best all-rounder.
