Who do you play with?

Also what team is the best to play with for 15 seasons taking account the:

- Squad
- Age of players
- Money Available
- Kit
- The amount of work needed as I think there should always be a decent amount needed to be done otherwise it's just boring.

I play as Arsenal mainly because they are my main team in real life, but also because they tick 3 or 4 of the above.

Who are the best players to buy in your opinion?

Im Brighton in my 3rd season already in P/L on Pro board difficulty and Pro/World Class match difficulty.

For a League 1/ League 2 club - Brett Pitman as well as Bradley Wright Phillips are good

Barcalona
AC Milan
Marsaille

I have reasons behind all of them but not sure which one to do.
