    How would i go about creating a new forum mask? it doesnt seem to be in the menu how can i do it

    AdminCP>Forum Control> Permission Masks

    To assign to group:

    AdminCP>Users and groups>Manage user groups>Click on Edit group>Selcect Mask

    This is for a IPB 2.0.4
