    Hello,

    Need a forum manager for a popular habbo fansite, please read the criterea and requirements before considering applying!

    - Experience With Vbulletin
    - Good at managing moderators and users.
    - Dedicated
    - Can create Vbulletin skins, userbars, badges etc.

    Yeah I agree with iApps. If you want a free layout. I would download a free one, and edit it. I'm trying it now .

    I can do top 3 but not 4 also. I can edit skins and make them look different but not make skins.

    A forum manager shouldn't do skins a Graphics manager should do skins and images and **** like u want the forum manager to.

    You will never find a Forum manager that will do a skin for free.
