Do you know when you type capitals. Do you use CAPS LOCK or SHIFT.

I use Caps Lock. I's much easier, but I know people to use shift.

But caps lock you press down and press down again, shift you hold down and thats it.

If I'm typing in all caps I use Caps Lock
If I'm just like, starting sentances and stuff with caps, then I use shift.
