Apparently in November the latest firmware is being patched and there is ban waves.

Ya, i woulnt be happy but i dont really play online much anymore. i just tend to buy crap loads of games and play offline.

Well.. I dont know really.. Mines out of warranty, And i dont play on it much and every game (my friends) played on WASNT fake.
And i've had ghostbusters for.. Months.. and not been banned yet. But.. I'll just buy a cheap xbox if mine gets banned..

They run tests every 3months, november supposedly when they patch it and ban
